Organize your resident information in the Resident Center in ParkManager for easy access.
Store basic resident data including name, address, email address, and phone. Account ledger includes all charges, payments, other transactions and the current balance.
Add more information with user-defined fields, photos and attachments. Unlimited account history is always available and can be exported to a spreadsheet.
Set up a resident profile with bill type, language choice and payment plans. Current charges and payments can added or edited from the account.
Locate residents with a search by name, address, phone or email. The Notes section lists notes, letters, documents, copies of statements and Late Notices.

Statements
Inform your residents about all costs with professional statements.
Print letter size statements showing rents, fees, payments and graphs of utilities usage. Print post card statements showing rents, fees, payments utility usage and remarks.
Send e-mail statements showing rents, fees, payments and remarks for lower cost and faster delivery. Statement are formatted to include or exclude deposits, credits and penalties for late payment.
Remittance stubs are provided for the resident to return with their payment. They can include custom remarks. All statements can have custom remarks included on them. Custom remarks can be stored for re-use.
Statements can be printed in a choice of English or Spanish. All statements are saved in the customer center for retrieval at any time.

Rent Roll and Management Summary reports give a overview to help you work smarter. All reports can be exported to Microsoft Excel in full detail for analysis.
